Aetna is recruiting for a Sr. Manager role that will serve as an intake lead for our Network Platform Solutions organization. This role will have responsibility for assessing emerging business needs and working cross-functionally to evaluate process and technology solutions to meet them.

**Hybrid role, commutable distance to any office location

Key Responsibilities

+ Analyzes, designs, and implements a standard intake, review, and approval process; iteratively improves the process; and ensures intake standards are followed.

+ Manages, organizes, and analyzes intake requests from various stakeholders.

+ Consults with requestors to understand desired state process and business outcomes, evaluate needs against current platform strategies and enhancement roadmaps and collaborate to develop high level business requirements for request.

+ Coordinates cross-functional request reviews with technology partners and platform SMEs to identify solution options and associated cost estimates.

+ Works closely with leadership & business stakeholders to secure solution approval, funding/resource alignment and initiate execution plans.

+ Accountable for managing pipeline of requests and overseeing the evaluation of multiple requests at any given time.

+ Cultivates and manage relationships with various internal business partners.

+ Exercises sound judgment and critical thinking skills, demonstrates analytical/problem-solving skills.

Minimum Requirements

+ Minimum 7+ years’ experience in health insurance industry, preferably in a role related to network, provider, or payer operations.

+ Demonstrated experience collaborating with business partners to understand their strategy, problems, and goals.

+ Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to make informed business decisions.

+ Proven consultation and collaboration skills

Preferred Requirements :

+ Project or Project management training/certification

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $190,700.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program. The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.
