Job Duties and expected results include:
Answering busy phones, immediately handling customer requests, handling inbound sales calls, and explaining and selling services over the phone.
Scheduling services and routing Service professionals, optimize routes, maximize the number of stops run per day and minimize fuel expense.
Handling emailed scheduling changes from Service Professionals.
