Product Marketing Manager

As the Technical Identity Solutions Product Marketing Manager, you will serve as the technical marketing focal point for cross portfolio solutions by creating compelling and high quality technical content such as high-level demonstrations, videos, and marketing assets (whitepapers, solution briefs, blogs, and webinars) that result in contribution to pipeline development. To be successful in this role you must possess strong storytelling capabilities by taking technical concepts and key product themes to convey a story to distinguish SailPoint’s product portfolio value proposition across various global audiences and personas (business and technical). Strong relationship and communication skills are necessary as you work closely with a greater cross functional team including Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Product Management, Pre-Sales, and Technology Alliances organizations. In addition, successful experience in public speaking and direct customer communication is necessary.
The position is based in the US.

Responsibilities:
Translate cross portfolio messaging and technical product capabilities into meaningful and contextual benefits that feed into the development of creative presentations, demonstrations, collateral, blogs, white papers, and positioning documents.
Manage developer marketing content and programs
Manage technical alliances and co-marketing programs
Participate in cross product programs and initiatives that will drive further market penetration .
Gather and analyze competitive data to infuse content with messaging that is clear and communicates our key differentiators.
Act as an evangelist to market influencers, prospects, and customers at tradeshows, industry events, and conferences.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience on high-performing product marketing teams.
Experienced at successfully multi-tasking a variety of critical priorities.
Experience influencing and working across cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy to consume business value.
Self-enabler who is experienced in successfully taking a project from concept to execution.
Strong project/program management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
Security software/SaaS experience.
Education:
MBA or equivalent preferred; BA/BS preferred, not required.
