Position Overview: As a Senior AI Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and execution of our AI-powered products. Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Define and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for AI-powered products, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.

Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, informing product strategy and priorities.

Product Definition: Define product requirements and specifications, working closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.

Feature Prioritization: Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility, balancing short-term and long-term goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales, to deliver end-to-end product solutions.

Project Management: Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, coordinating activities and resources to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

User Experience: Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring products are intuitive, engaging, and deliver a seamless user experience.

Metrics and Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI-powered products, tracking performance and iterating based on data-driven insights.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and drive adoption and retention of AI-powered products.

Thought Leadership: Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI technology and industry trends, providing thought leadership and guidance on best practices and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI-driven products and technologies.

Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with experience working with data science and engineering teams.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-powered products from concept to market.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs and market trends into product strategy and execution.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
