Senior Finance Manager, Customer Advocacy Americas

The GTFS Customer Advocacy team is looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Customer Advocacy Americas to manage the collection of Accounts Receivable for the Americas. If you have a passion for driving customer experience, delivering results and cross-group collaboration, this is a role for you.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in Financial Analysis, Accounting, Controllership or Finance, or related field* OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in Financial Analysis, Accounting, Controllership or Finance, or related field* OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Accounts Receivable* Experience within a large multi-national corporation* Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills* Proficient oral and written communication skills in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills would be a plus)* Proficient cross-group collaboration skills, including the ability to comfortably communicate with management at Microsoft* High-level of integrity, self-confidence, demonstrated change management and support for a diverse and inclusive culture* Ability to influence others with empathy, while under pressure to deliver compliant time-based outcomes to key stakeholders and customers* Motivated self-starter that can clearly identify and articulate customer value through technology

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
