The Senior Finance Manager role in Devices Supply Chain Finance team could be the right opportunity for you. The Devices Supply Chain Finance team partners with MDO to drive cost efficiency and cash optimization with financial modeling, guidance, and business decisions. The finance team is now looking for a Senior Finance Manager with leadership, partnership, and analytical skills. Responsibilities
Provide finance business partnership to respective supply chain functions such as sourcing, inventory planning, freight and logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
Provide key drivers through monthly management reporting, influence business decisions with insights and recommendations, drive ownership and accountability with KPIs.
Advise executive management on the financial impact of various alternatives and recommend preferred course of action to drive strategic business decisions.
Own the financial reporting/planning/budgeting/forecasting and analysis processes of respective finance areas.
Oversight and responsibility for financial planning, forecasting and budgeting for cost of goods sold (COGS) Supporting sustaining products and next generation business cases.
Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams of accounting, supply chain, operations, and engineering functions to align supply chain objectives and initiatives with the overall business goals and vision.
Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and risk mitigation across the supply chain network.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the supply chain operations, such as rates performance, inventory balance and supply, return on investment etc.
Focus on continuous improvement and process excellence, simplify and automate processes, systems and tools in respective areas.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in finance / business and/or product planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in supply chain, related business modeling, profit & loss (P&L) management, and inventory management.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, attention to detail, and work effectively under deadlines.
Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management
Collaborative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity, influencing across multiple complex organizations, creating effective internal business partnerships
Ability to independently lead teams and execute on functional responsibilities with minimal guidance and oversight
Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management, with the capability to guide, educate and influence the thinking of executive decision makers.
Familiarity with MS Finance and supply chain tools and processes
Proficiency on MS Excel and SAP
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
