About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Investor Center Partnerships to lead the strategic management of its retail real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving asset value and operational excellence in the design and implementation of new concepts for investor centers. This role demands a customer-centric approach, with a focus on re-imagining solutions that enhance the customer experience. The Vice President will work closely with the Wealth Investor Center leadership team to ensure that the real estate strategy aligns with the company's brand and serves as an extension of it for customers. Collaboration with a wide range of internal and external groups is essential, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a diverse team of professionals.Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an advanced degree, and a proven track record in managing a large retail real estate portfolio. The role requires the ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, as well as experience in developing and leading strategic initiatives. A consumer-first attitude, a passion for innovation, and the ability to apply financial and operational considerations to decision-making are also key attributes. The Vice President will be expected to provide a clear strategic vision, manage a dedicated team, and focus on financial stewardship to increase asset value and ensure fiscal discipline. Professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential.
