Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure proper implementation and compliance to company's policies and procedures
Support the HR team in Employee relations & services (residencies, visas, insurance, logistics & administration, grievances & disciplinary…)
Assist in local and overseas recruitment processes
Ensure accurate and timely processing of Payroll on monthly basis and close monitoring and adherence to Time and Attendance
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database is maintained
Assist in annual and probationary Performance management system
Assist in Employee Onboarding, Orientation & Offboarding processes
Assist in the development of employee recognition/reward programs
Perform other HR & Admin related duties as assigned by direct manager
Profile Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a similar field
2-4 years of similar experience
Immediate availability is preferred
Excellent knowledge and practice of the Local labor law
Strong communication, problem-solving, and detail orientation skills
People and organization focused
Proficient in English, Arabic is a plus
Driving license is a plus
