Marcus & Millichap is seeking a talented, career minded, Marketing Coordinator to support a top producing Commercial Real Estate Brokerage team in the Atlanta office. This role will work specifically within a three-person sales team.This combination provides the entrepreneurial feel of a small business while enjoying the benefits and tools of a national firm. Ideal candidates for this role are passionate about providing top customer service, creating beautiful graphic design, always looking for ways to improve self and team, and making a difference in the office’s overall success. Responsibilities: Build Proposals and Offering Memoranda
Build and deploy email blasts promoting listings
Manage team’s social media posts
Maintain a marketing schedule of proactive marcomm activities
Work with third parties to advertise deals
Create ad hoc marketing materials as requested by team members
Assist with posting social media content, press releases and other external pieces
Required Knowledge and Experience: Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency
Experience with Constant Contact
Microsoft office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and Power Point
Excellent writing and editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuation
Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested
Experience with desktop publishing software and/or web design is a plus
