Job Description: Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview: As a Marketing Coordinator for the Professional Football League, you will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives to promote the League, engage fans, and drive revenue. Working closely with the marketing team, you will assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns, events, and digital strategies. This position requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and a passion for sports marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution:

Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns to promote the League, its teams, and events.

Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including digital and print advertisements, social media content, and promotional collateral.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as creative agencies, media partners, and sponsors, to ensure campaign objectives are met.

Digital Marketing:

Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including website content, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.

Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Assist in managing the League's social media channels, engaging with fans, and curating compelling content to drive audience engagement.

Event Marketing:

Assist in planning and executing marketing activities for League events, including game days, fan festivals, and community initiatives.

Coordinate event promotions, ticketing campaigns, and on-site marketing activations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and sponsorship, to ensure successful event marketing and fan experiences.

Market Research and Analytics:

Conduct market research to identify target demographics, consumer trends, and competitive insights.

Assist in gathering and analyzing marketing data to measure campaign performance and support decision-making.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging marketing trends to recommend innovative strategies.

Sponsorship Activation:

Support the marketing team in implementing sponsor activations and fulfilling contractual obligations related to sponsorships.

Coordinate marketing deliverables and assets with sponsors, ensuring accurate and timely execution.

Collaborate with the sponsorship team to develop creative marketing initiatives that enhance sponsor visibility and generate revenue.

Brand Management:

Assist in maintaining brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.
