Job Description Job Description Description: Job Purpose: As part of GSM's Digital Marketing team, the E-Commerce Manager will work closely with other marketing team members and various internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement best-practice marketing and merchandising strategies and tactics to drive direct to consumer traffic, improve site conversion, and increase revenue for a set of GSM brands and websites.

Summary of Essential Job Duties:
Build product content for e-commerce websites.
Set standards and best practices for product listings.
Identify and implement SEO best practices for product content.
Ensure that all in stock items are available for sale.
Develop product taxonomy best practices to ensure customers can easily shop our sites.
Suggest website enhancements to enhance product selling.
Optimize on site search performance.
Understand website product performance and inventory position by item.
Suggest product promotions to maximize product sell through.
Develop email marketing campaign calendars.
Build email campaigns to brand standards.
Conduct A/B testing for email subject lines and content.
Moderate site content including customer reviews on the BazaarVoice platform.
Assist in solving website related customer service or technical issues.
Track website related customer service issues and communicate them to the Customer Service team.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
