Vice President of Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to join our rapidly growing team at ElectrifAi.com. As the VP of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and leading our high-performing sales team. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and establish strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive exceptional performance and exceed sales goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market reach, and penetrate new industry verticals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and industry influencers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and related technologies to effectively position ElectrifAi.com as a leader in the market
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software or technology sales
Strong knowledge of the AI and machine learning industry, with a deep understanding of the value proposition and applications of AI technologies
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business outcomes
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive sales performance
