Position Overview As a founding Enterprise Account Executive (AE) at Aircover, you'll be a key player in shaping our growth trajectory. Collaborate directly with our founders, contribute to the strategic vision, and be part of a dynamic team pioneering innovative sales solutions. This early AE role will play a crucial part in shaping the department for future hires as we rapidly expand the team.

The Role As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will:

—Drive revenue growth through strategic value-based selling, ROI analysis, and business case definition across various verticals

—Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close

—Customize product demonstrations and solutions, working closely with the team to align with customer needs

—Build foundational relationships with customer executives, serving as a trusted advisor

—Collaborate with SDRs, founders, and the CS team to strategize entry into new markets and accounts, aligning value propositions for all go-to-market leaders

—Evangelize Aircover.ai’s approach, leading industry discussions to advance sales transformation and productivity

That said, at our stage, your responsibilities will blend into other areas of the business. We encourage you to contribute wherever your interests take you.

Tech Stack : Aircover, Salesforce, Slack, Salesloft, Apollo.io, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Location : SF Bay Area; San Diego; (Remote in US is OK; West Coast preferred).

You —7+ years of solution sales experience with a history of driving, managing and closing enterprise deals

—Experience selling software (cloud/SaaS) to large, strategic enterprise accounts

—Proven consultative sales solution skills in SaaS/Cloud

—Track record of exceeding quota

—Ability to articulate value propositions to C-Level, Sales, Enablement, and Revenue Operations Executives

—Thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering creative and high-quality work.

—Are a builder. You have thought about starting a company before and/or can operate effectively in an ever-changing environment

—Great people skills: genuine, warm, curious, engaging, and have a passion for learning new things
