The Role
The Account Management team at Addepar is responsible for growing our existing business and working closely with our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing entrepreneurial company. The ideal candidate is comfortable working hands-on, is high-reaching, and is results-driven.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.
The current range for this role is $111,000 - $196,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do
Successfully manage and lead multiple ongoing client renewals and upsell opportunities
Comfortable overseeing a book of business across a wide range of clients including Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Family Offices, Banks, and Institutions
Act as relationship owner and escalation point, building meaningful relationships with the C-suite to drive business outcomes
Work cross-functionally to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of clients for Addepar products
Develop a strategic and targeted approach to attain and exceed annual sales quota and net retention targets
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Use Salesforce effectively to run the sales process
Who You Are
5 - 8 years of account management experience
Track record of meeting and exceeding goals
Excellent relationship-building skills, with strong executive presence, confidence, and a high EQ
Ability to successfully navigate all levels of client organizations
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence internal and external decision-makers and get results
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Experience working in Financial Services or Fintech/Software preferred
