Position:

The Strategic Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Accuris by managing and expanding key strategic accounts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, fostering strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive strategic account plans based on MEDDIC to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and strategize to capitalize on them.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at strategic accounts.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Identify and secure strategic relationships with senior level and C-suite engineering executives

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Drive sales growth by understanding customers business objectives and solving their key challenges to enable their overall success.

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management and collaboration with the extended sales & support team.

Lead robust discovery meetings to uncover and understand clients workflows, processes and key business objectives.

SaaS Expertise:

Leverage a strong background in SaaS to understand client needs and position Accuris solutions effectively.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

High-Growth Mindset:

Demonstrate a proactive and high-growth mindset, identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company's market presence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that support company growth objectives.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, track key performance indicators, and measure the success of strategic initiatives.

Communication and Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure the successful implementation and support of strategic accounts.

Communicate effectively to articulate the value proposition of Accuris solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

10+ years experience as a Strategic Account Manager or in a similar sales role.

Background in SaaS sales.

Track record of closing $500k+ SaaS subscriptions

Deep knowledge of modern engineering practices, workflows and processes

Working knowledge of AI a plus

Strong strategic planning and execution skills.

Proven track record of exceeding plan.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented and self-motivated with a high level of initiative.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Education:

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree Preferred

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary and bonus. A comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance plans, paid time off, a generous 401k match with no vesting period, parental leave and 3 volunteering days each year. The base salary for this role will be between $80,000 - $120,000 in the state of Colorado. Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant. This role is also eligible for the Accuris Sales Commission Plan .
