Role Description: Director Of Sales (Fort Worth, TX - On-site Full-time)

We are currently seeking a Director Of Sales to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This key leadership position involves spearheading sales initiatives, setting revenue goals, managing and nurturing a high-performing sales team, fostering crucial client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction to the sales team, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and driving overall sales growth.

Team Management: Recruit, develop, and lead a team of sales professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales department.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain key relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, employing analytical and strategic thinking to measure and refine strategies as needed.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role. An ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring/managing an OutSide B2B sales team.

Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Experience in building and leading high-performing outside B2B sales teams.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Analytical and strategic thinking skills to create, implement, and measure a sales strategy.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients.

Experience in the Merchant Services Industry preferred but not necessary.

Willingness to travel as required.
