**Position Details** **:**

* 8:00 am-4:00 pm Monday-Friday

* Competitive Pay Rate / based on experience

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Data entry of diverse information into the system, accounting for credits or discounts, purchase orders and updating customer schedules.

* Respond over the phone or via email to customer inquiries, simple problems, delivery dates, pricing, returns and credits and similar information, within established limits of authority and knowledge.

* Receive and edit customers orders as to completeness of specifications, prices, customers location, etc., for standardized part sales where procedures are established.

* Perform basic inside sales activities which maximize opportunities for increased market share of existing customers or enable the Company to recommend similar applications for new customers.

* Provide support to other departments such as assisting with price estimating and quotations for customers and providing data relative to marketing trends, competitive products, pricing and marketing reports.

* Assist in updating ISO procedures and sales processes for Department as required by Quality Assurance.

**Job Qualifications:**

* Must have high school / GED or similar. Technical education is a plus.

* Minimum one (1) year of sales, customer service, or related experience in metal manufacturing environment.

* Proficiency using Microsoft office.

* Must be able to perform multiple different tasks within a short time period accurately and without sacrificing customer service.

* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

* ERP / Epicor experience is a plus
