Director, Client Solutions

The Director, Client Solutions consults with and supports the sales team and network operations in selling managed internet service solutions. This role will work with all prospective and existing customers and will support new build and brownfield opportunities. This position will be the main driver of providing an always-on, whole-property connectivity that is the foundation for a property’s core operational imperatives and technology strategy. In conjunction with sales and other team members this role is meant to educate and consult with customers about how the ins and outs or Aerwave’s products and services. The Director coordinates technical aspects of service delivery with other members of the Sales, Customer Support, Product, and Network Operations/ Engineering teams to help identify, develop, and implement new products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

a deep understanding of Aerwave's Wi-Fi infrastructure, products, and services. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

closely with the sales team to assess customer needs and develop customized Wi-Fi solutions that address specific requirements and challenges faced by multifamily properties.

with Sales to create detailed proposals and technical documentation outlining the recommended solution architecture, including network design, equipment specifications, and implementation timelines.

engaging presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features of Aerwave's Wi-Fi solutions and addressing any technical inquiries or concerns.

as a technical resource for the sales team throughout the sales cycle, providing expertise and guidance to ensure seamless solution implementation and customer satisfaction.

strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, IT professionals, and decision-makers, to understand their priorities and foster trust in Aerwave's capabilities.

cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, operations, and customer support, to advocate for customer needs and drive continuous improvement in Aerwave's offerings.

records (audit record / paper trail) of design and budget iterations that are delivered to prospective customers during the deal life cycle (e.g., what changed from one version of a proposal to the next and why?).

in collaboration with the design team, Aerwave’s Network Design Standards.

all designs and budgets adhere to Aerwave’s Network Design Standard.

initial iterations presented to clients include LOE/SOW and budget, to prevent loss of revenue by client shopping services and pricing.

/ Improve / Iterate Aerwave’s client-facing Scope of Work deliverables (SOW Responsibility Matrix, Detailed Written Narrative, etc) that are furnished to the client concurrent with each version of the Proposal. Validate that design & plans addresses client pain points, needs, and opportunities. Demonstrate the Value this project will bring to the client.

sales team on client solutions objectives and enlist sales team’s help in articulating these objectives during the discovery process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field. (BA or BS).

7+ years in B2B or B2C consultative sales experience.

4+ years of experience in multifamily telecommunications industry.

Valid Driver’s license.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems

Strong working knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies

Understanding of IP addressing and subnets, routing protocols, firewalls, and load balancing.

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time throughout the Unites States.

Experience designing and configuring multi-cloud and/or hybrid solutions using Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Proficiency in the use of a computer, and software applications including Microsoft Office.
