About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Analytics and Reporting to lead the delivery of high-quality data analytics and reporting in a fast-paced, agile environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, integrating, and implementing analytic solutions for population health, growth, and patient experience. This role involves engaging with business users and stakeholders, managing the demand pipeline, and developing a high-performing analytics team. The VP will be responsible for developing a healthcare business-focused reporting and analytic roadmap, executing with speed and accuracy, and demonstrating a track record of expertise in this area. Innovation, ideation, and the ability to drive deep insights and impactful business outcomes through end-to-end analytic solutions are key responsibilities. The role also requires a strong understanding of analytic and reporting tools in a big data or cloud environment, with a focus on Azure, and the ability to manage multiple product life cycles or projects.The ideal candidate will have a first-principles mindset, at least 10 years of experience with healthcare payer or provider operational or clinical data and analytics, and proven success in managing and developing a high-performing team. They should possess excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills, and be adept at driving operational excellence and delivering results. A degree in a relevant field is required, and the candidate should be "Oaky" - embodying values such as positive energy, driving clinical excellence, and taking ownership.
