As the Director of Product Management (Strategic Partnerships), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our company's strategic partnerships initiatives. You will lead a dynamic team responsible for identifying, evaluating, and nurturing partnerships that align with our product strategy and business objectives. Leveraging your expertise in product management and partnership development, you will drive innovation, growth, and market expansion through collaborative ventures.

Your impact will be :

Strategic Partnership Development :

Identify and prioritize potential partners based on strategic fit, market opportunity, and alignment with company goals.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to drive collaboration and mutual success.

Help negotiate partnership terms, agreements, and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for all parties involved.

Continuously assess market trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging partnership opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales to align partnership initiatives with overall product strategy.

Define clear objectives and KPIs for each partnership, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and product roadmaps.

Champion the integration of partner offerings into our products, ensuring seamless user experiences and maximum value for customers.

Project Management and Execution :

Lead a team of product managers and partnership specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive successful partnership initiatives.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient execution of partnership initiatives.

Monitor and track the progress of partnership projects, identifying and addressing any risks or obstacles that may arise.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

Foster collaboration and communication across departments to ensure alignment and buy-in for partnership initiatives.

Work closely with legal, finance, and other relevant teams to address regulatory, compliance, and financial considerations related to partnerships.

Act as a liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders, facilitating productive communication and collaboration.

What you will bring :

Proven experience in product management, partnership development, or related roles, with a track record of driving successful partnership initiatives.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.

Solid project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives from ideation to execution.

Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.

Deep understanding of technology and SaaS industries, with knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and find innovative solutions to complex challenges.
