Territory Manager - Surgical Sales - Washington DC/Northern VA

We aim to have our proprietary procedural solutions become the standard of careened enhance the patient outcomes throughout the world. We are doing that by building off our best-in-class surgical ultrasonic technology to change patient outcomes in Spine and Neuro.. The Surgical Territory Manager will be responsible for the clinical support of the Ultrasonic portfolio in a designated region.

What you'll be doing

Report directly to the Director of Sales.

Achieve assigned quota on a monthly and quarterly basis at 100% or higher.

Manage accounts in the assigned territory

Drive regional sales in existing accounts and penetrate targeted accounts.

Help coordinate and conduct in-services for Surgeons, O.R. staff and Sterile Processing prior to evaluations.

Provide onsite clinical support to accounts during the evaluation process.

Work closely with Regional Managers and Distributors to implement our model for strategic sales.

Assist with Bioventus labs, trade shows, training, and convention activities.

Successful completion of all required product and sales related training curriculum

Complete special projects assigned by upper management.

What you'll bring to the table

An undergraduate bachelor’s degree required

Minimum of three years’ experience preferred

A successful track record of nursing, surgical tech, paramedic background, or B2B sales

Prior medical sales is a plus

A minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience

A valid driver’s license in one of the 50 United States is required

Exceptional customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skill including proper phone etiquette

Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel

Highly detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy

Maintains an attitude of responsibility, ownership, and accountability

Strong sense of decision making, sound judgement and critical thinking

Motivated and able to work independently within a fast paced, team environment
