UKG is searching for an experienced Product Manager (individual contributor) to help take our AI and ML offerings to the next level. You will have the opportunity to drive the strategy of turning tremendous and powerful data into tangible value, helping customers achieve material improvements in their people-centric business performance through data science capabilities.

You will be addressing real customer needs and problems through the AI and ML offerings in our flagship UKG Pro HCM Suite solution. You are willing and able to be the thought leader for delighting customers with innovative workforce insights that inform business decisions. You listen carefully to customers and internal stakeholders, but you do not expect all the answers to come from them; you surprise them by putting forth groundbreaking ideas they have never thought of.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that align with UKG's vision and objectives, leveraging AI/ML and generative AI technologies to enhance our product offerings.

Product Roadmap: Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market demands, customer feedback, and industry trends.

Customer Obsession: Foster a customer-centric culture within the product management team, gathering insights and feedback to continuously improve our AI services and solutions.

Building AI Services: Collaborate with engineering teams to design and build AI services using Rest and Graph APIs, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.

Semantic Search: Drive initiatives to enhance semantic search capabilities within our products, improving the accuracy and relevance of search results for end users.

Generative AI Agent Builder: Lead the development of generative AI agents, leveraging cutting-edge techniques to create intelligent and adaptive agents that enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes.

Ontologies: Work closely with data scientists and domain experts to develop and maintain ontologies that support our AI-driven solutions, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Generative AI: Explore opportunities to leverage generative AI techniques to create innovative solutions that address customer needs and industry challenges.

Machine Learning: Apply machine learning algorithms and methodologies to enhance the functionality and effectiveness of our AI products, driving continuous improvement and innovation

Qualifications

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent practical experience.

• 7+ years of SaaS product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI/ML products.

• Experience building 0-1 products using Agile methodologies, with a focus on iterative development and customer feedback.

• Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, Large Agentic Models, and model architectures.

• We work in a hybrid model. Being onsite 3 days per week in the office is required. Local candidates highly preferred.

Preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Strong technical background with proficiency in APIs, function calling mechanisms, and software development processes.
