Job Overview

Are you ready to take the lead in driving innovative solutions that help businesses stay resilient in the face of disaster? We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Manager to join our team. As the Product Manager for Agility Recovery Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business continuity and disaster recovery offerings. You will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge solutions that safeguard our clients' operations and contribute to their long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Expand Business Model: Identify and prioritize new vertical markets for product entries and expansion or refinement of existing offers to target vertical markets based on thorough research of regulations, market trends, and customer needs. The role will focus on the development of new products to address regulatory requirements in financial, healthcare, and other markets (i.e., banks, credit unions, health care facilities).

Launch New Offerings in Collaboration with Functional Peers: Work with Sales and Marketing teams to shape launch plans and develop strategies for new offerings that will drive new customer acquisition. Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure successful customer reception and fulfillment.

Upgrade Existing Products:Plan and execute the creation of new upgrade products & promotional offers for existing verticals/customers to reduce churn/cancellation and drive higher net revenue retention.

Develop Innovation Process:Create process to continuously monitor the regulations and business continuity needs of customers and prospects in key vertical markets. Stay abreast of developments and trends in the business continuity marketplace, develop and define a competitive set for all Agility offers. Develop and manage an ongoing idea development process with Agility, employees, regulatory sources, Agility business partners and customers tocreate breakthrough products/solutions to enhance company value, including tech-enabled experiences such as lead generation assessments and digitizing customer portals.

Develop Product Roadmap: Create a comprehensive 2-year product roadmap outlining the release schedule, sales forecasts, and stages of product development from customer research through pilot and launch.

Product Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Customer Advocacy: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and ensure our products exceed their expectations. Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in business continuity or related industry.

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and market dynamics.

Experience in creating service offerings, tech-enabled or tech products, and packaging and pricing.

Proven track record of successfully launching new products and driving innovation.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
