Job Overview

The Director Product Supply Planning is responsible for strategically managing CCCI's Production Capacity, inventory policies, supplier relationships, and strategies to provide the product and inventory it needs to sell to customers; ensuring optimal balance between Supply and Demand while enabling product innovation and SKU base optimization; overseeing the delivery of the right products and inventory positions that allow for the continuity of the supply for the organization at the lowest experienced total cost, while also minimizing the risk of obsolescence. This role has direct responsibility for the team that manages, the operational planning for every case, and product CCCI sells both Franchise and Bottler; while managing $140MM in inventory ensuring customer service objectives are achieved at optimal cost; and for the $150MM transport P&L, to effectively and efficiently move product to market to increase CCCI's profitability. This role also influences senior CCCI leadership on initiatives that drive CCCI's strategic vision. In this position, the Director Product Supply Planning leads the capacity management and detailed scheduling of CCCI's 41 Manufacturing lines to produce the 310MM cases of produced products and sets sourcing and acquires the 80MM+ cases of purchased product.

Duties & Responsibilities Oversee the setting of strategy and Strategic Engagement for Supply Chain Planning, Agency Sales & Procurement with External Entities, and the successful execution of Inventory Policies and Inventory Management for $140MM in inventory in the Enterprise.

Direct all Product Supply Planning activities including but not limited to and forecasting of inventories, balancing of manufacturing resources, the decisions to make or buy full goods for sales and other full goods sourcing decisions, and the establishment of national product supply governance.

Leads the operating and managing of Transitioned territories and CCR relationships; CONA buildout, design and roll out; Network Design and co-packing Arrangements (Monster or 3PL work for commercial).

Oversee vendor supplier management by monitoring and managing Supplier performance; analyzing vendor S&OP/S&OE; while directing the communication regarding Innovation planning and Peak season planning with suppliers.

Serves as the Product Supply Planning Lead for CCCI S&OM process by influencing senior leadership on the policies and in the execution of the CCCI strategic vision, actively participating on the Product Lifecycle Management Committee; leading Final Forecast Alignment process; serving as a Subject matter expert for Supply and Demand S&OP, while directing the coordination for Commercial Execution Planning between MUGM and Supply Operations.

Directs the establishment of the vision and strategy regarding the procurement of Direct Materials by ensuring the supply of Raw Materials for Manufacturing and full goods; optimizing cost experience of Direct Material Suppliers and Sourcing; and leading the supplier Relationship Management Practices for Vendor Performance Management.

Directs, leads, and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching and training; implementing continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus; and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Sales and Operations Planning, Inventory Management, Financial Management

Relevant Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry; preferably bottling

Quick Strategic Learning and Mental Agility

Demonstrated capability of working with Senior Management and Field level personnel. Must have the natural ability to work cross-company functionally and across levels to help guide process execution.

Demonstrated strength in complex conceptual understanding and leading/influencing change

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering

7 years of Business and Logistics/Analytical/Planning Experience or Marketing Experience

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering

10+ years of Business and Logistics/Analytical/Planning Experience or Marketing Experience
