OBJECTIVE
Meet optimal production productivity through appropriate programming and scheduling. Meet plant needs by having an optimal updated level of inventory of all raw materials. Ensure full 100% compliance with timely customer deliveries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Program the printing, laminating, and cutting machines, based on the work orders delivered by the commercial representative; considering the productivity of the machines and the fulfillment of the work deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Analyze and make the quarterly forecast of raw materials, which are imported from Europe and requested from Spain for delivery to the plant, considering the transit time.
-Supply domestic raw materials for the general needs of the plant.
-Coordinate everything related to the warehouse department, (receiving of materials, loading of finished product, packing of all quality approved finished product, as well as the disposition of raw materials and finished product and the supply of raw materials to the plant). Ensure that the warehouse is kept organized and clean.
-Maintain the raw material consumption file and keep track of incoming and outgoing finished product.
-Plan and manage monthly warehouse inventory and capture inventory data for reporting to accounting.
-Cooperate with daily production teams and sales department.
Optimize and improve logistics and warehousing costs.
-Meet and satisfy customer delivery expectations.
-Warehouse maintenance
-Seek and maintain new supplier’s certificates are up to date.
-Manage the purchase of various supplies required for the optimal operation of the plant.
-Ensure that the supplies received comply with the appropriate conditions and send for payment the supplier receipts to finance for the corresponding payment.
-Responsible for quality claims, operational, financial, and sales forecast reports.

REQUERIMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s in
administration/production
engineering/administration
technical degree
Specialized Knowledge: Office management, transportation and logistics knowledge, shipping and receiving, warehouse management.
Language: English & Spanish
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in operations administration and/or management
Initiative: Complex problem solving and decision-making skills
Physical Work: May have to lift to 35 pounds and bend.
Experience with Gespack.
WORK CONDITIONS
Physical Environment: Factory, Manufacturing Environment
Type of Work: 50% in plant, on your feet 50% administrative activities, some lifting, bending, sitting, squatting, and kneeling, standing, walking, work at heights, hazardous machines, repetitive motion, and respirator use.
