Responsibilities:
As the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of Workday's partner ecosystem through strategic marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our partners to develop and execute co-marketing programs that generate demand, increase brand awareness, and accelerate pipeline growth.
Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing plans aligned with Workday's overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including partner management, product marketing, demand generation, and sales to ensure effective execution of partner marketing programs.
Work closely with key partners to understand their marketing needs, identify co-marketing opportunities, and develop joint marketing campaigns.
Manage partner marketing budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI and drive measurable results.
Track and analyze the performance of partner marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing guidance on marketing best practices, campaign execution, and optimization strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
15+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance management within the technology industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue impact.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $47/hour-$65.00/hour
