This 757\-room property is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Inner Harbor’s museums, the National Aquarium, and is connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk\! An Assistant Housekeeping Manager is responsible for assisting in the planning, organization and execution of all housekeeping functions in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\. Ideal candidates for this position will have previous hotel housekeeping leadership experience, ideally at a property of comparable size and of Hilton brand\.

**What will I be doing?**

An Assistant Housekeeping Manager is responsible for assisting in the planning, organization and execution of all housekeeping functions in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\. Specific responsibilities of the position may include:

+ Leads, trains and supervises room/suite attendants and housepersons on a floor/in an area to ensure all rooms/suites and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards

+ Communicates and coordinates with Engineering/Property Operations to ensure the efficient repair and maintenance of items related to guestrooms and public areas

+ Keeps designated inventories \(i\.e\. linen, etc\.\) and ensures stock rooms and carts are maintained with proper supplies

+ Assesses inventory of, assigns, inspects and verifies and reports status of rooms/suites

+ Monitors payroll reports, work schedules and lost and found program

+ Ensures stock rooms and carts are maintained with proper supplies
