Senior Project Manager - Building Enclosure Specialist
Are you a seasoned Senior Project Manager with expertise in forensic engineering and building enclosures? Join us at the forefront of innovation within a highly esteemed full service engineering firm with a international presence, this position is located in the Atlanta office. You will be joining the building diagnostics team; dedicated to excellence in repair, restoration, forensic investigation and diagnostics of a wide range of unique structures and enclosures. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams through all phases from initiation to completion.
- Oversee forensic analysis for building's structural issues.
- Develop strategies for repairing/restoring various types of structures including parking garages.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards regarding building envelope integrity.
Skills Required:
- Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with focus in Structures preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience with proven growth
- P.E. license is required
- Litigation/ forensics experience and attorney/insurance client relationships.
- Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
- Strong technical, written and verbal communication including strong people management skills and customer service focused.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a timely, quality focused fashion.
- Strong customer service focus
