Strategy & Operations Leader Manager
This is a hybrid role and will require you to be onsite in our Palo Alto office 2-3 days a week.
We are seeking a seasoned Strategy & Operations Leader Manager with 8-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have executive presence, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally. A background in consulting is preferred, along with strong business acumen, analytical thinking and outstanding communication skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across the organization.
Lead and/or support special projects as assigned by senior management.
Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and streamline workflows.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and measure success.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
8-10 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing strategic initiatives.
Executive presence and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus among diverse teams.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
