Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Account Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and maintain relationships with law offices, insurance companies, and other stakeholders in the workers' compensation ecosystem to secure referrals for our vocational counseling services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others navigate through challenging circumstances in the workers' compensation space.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to target and engage law offices, and other relevant entities involved in workers' compensation cases.

Actively prospect and build a pipeline of potential referral partners within the workers' compensation community.

Conduct regular visits to law offices to promote our services and build rapport with key decision-makers.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our vocational counseling services to potential referral sources.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to referred clients.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, referrals, and outcomes using our CRM system.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities within the workers' compensation community to expand professional connections and promote our services.

Provide feedback and insights to management on market trends, regulatory changes, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, embodying our core values in every aspect of your work.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Proven track record of success in sales or account management roles, preferably within the workers' compensation, or legal industry.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Valid driver's license.

Flexibility to travel for periodic visits to the Bay Area twice a year.
