Working closely with our cross-disciplinary team, including Client Partnership, Strategy, and Creative, to oversee creative briefs from start to finish, this person will ensure that project goals and objectives are delivered. This role is based in Atlanta, GA (we're a hybrid workplace). How can you tell if this role is right for you? If You Have The knowledge, skills, and abilities commonly acquired through a combination of formal education/training and two years of experience in a similar role at a fast-paced agency or similar environment. Put simply, you understand how work gets done and what your clients are looking for.
Strategic communication experience as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with project scheduling and reviewing work.
Familiarity with brief writing and budget management.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and non-verbal communication, and presentation skills.
A solid understanding of client business challenges and a habit of consistently looking for ways to bring valuable solutions and strategic thinking to your assigned business.
Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
And You’re Really Good At Developing and maintaining strong client relationships based on a solid grasp of their business needs and the progress of different workstreams. You get that great work and organic growth come from a true partnership with clients.
Helping to drive internal team morale and team-wide meeting preparedness—driving energy and momentum to ensure timely execution. Clearly communicating project team assignments and expectations based on scope, project briefs, and client expectations.
Navigating the advertising disciplines, including strategic briefing, media buying, and creative execution of marketing campaigns.
Ensuring quality checks are performed on all deliverables before client reviews.
Clearly articulating client feedback and direction to the internal team.
Navigating people and team dynamics and showing calm under pressure.
