Client Development Director

Your role:

ReSource Pro is seeking a Client Development Director who is responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of Client Executives and continuing what ReSource Pro has done since 2003 which is helping organizations solve their top business challenges with our products & services. This role leverages business acumen and sales experience to coach team members and meet team revenue targets within current client accounts, by cultivating client relationships while building their accounts strategically .

In 6 months you will:

Develop, coach, and retain a high performing team of Client Executives through effective leadership, recruitment, coaching, training, and performance evaluation.

Collaborate with senior leadership on ReSource Pro’s business strategy, aligning departmental priorities to company objectives.

Ensure direct reports achieve their individually assigned sales targets on an annual basis, while monitoring account and lead assignment, and capacity of team members.

Provides coaching to and removes obstacles for direct reports not meeting targets to improve results.

Fosters a collaborative team environment and promotes effective communication and alignment of performance to ReSource Pro’s strategic goals and objectives.

Develop leads and prospects to identify potential new clients through participation in associations and clusters, attending trade shows, leading webinars, and public speaking engagements.

Lead meetings and delivers compelling presentations to clients; adjusts content of sales presentations to meet the needs of specific clients while following internal Challenger sales methodology.

Maintains connectedness to the industry in order to gather and report to management and Business Development team relevant and current information about market conditions, competitor positioning, threats and opportunities.

What you need to be successful:

10+ years prior experience in sales and/or account management preferable in insurance, BPO or other similar industries (professional services).

7+ years’ experience in leading and managing teams of  people.

3+ years within the Insurance Industry preferred

Proven record of achieving consensus, buy-in and subsequent effective results with project implementation.

Flexible and adaptable; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high intensity, growing environment.

Collaborative approach to work with an emphasis on teamwork and whole organization contribution.

Proven record of B2B sales success

Your Compensation:

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $115,578 - $195,841. T he salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.  This role is eligible for commission in addition to base pay. The commission structure is uncapped and is calculated based on a variety of sales performing factors.
