About the role

TMB seeks a Front Desk & Facilities Coordinator for our Culver City headquarters. In this role, you will act as the brand ambassador for the company as the first point of contact for callers and visitors.

About you

This person has the ability to multi-task and take on special projects as needed. Non-negotiable characteristics are exceptional customer service, uncompromising attention to detail, and possessing a very proactive nature. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.

Location

This position is based on-site at our office in Culver City and reports into the Facilities Manager .

Your day-to-day

* Answers and directs incoming calls; relays messages verbally and in writing

* Welcomes visitors while ensuring they have a positive experience as guests and maintains an orderly, compliant and pleasant atmosphere inside the office

* Responsible for receiving and logging deliveries, as well as stocking inventory of kitchens, office supply stations, etc.

* Schedules meetings and appointments

* Ability to attend to minor maintenance requests, such as light bulb replacement, lifting, and organization

* Participate with Jukins Culture Committee, assist with planning and facilitating events

* Liaison all building, janitorial, delivery, and vendor services to the Front Desk Manager

* Handle all outgoing correspondence via mail, overnight courier, etc. and distributing to proper employees.

* Stay up to date with company news and information, both internal and external

* Function as onsite COVID compliance officer, ensuring safety protocols are followed

* Operate with a sense of urgency to correct issues that impact our employees and office as a whole

* Assist with special projects as needed

What you have

* Excellent phone skills and etiquette

* Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal

* Demonstration of our culture of service excellence utilizing strong judgment

* Must have a sense of dignity, pride and satisfaction in work

* Strong knowledge of Mac OS, Google Suite and Microsoft Office

* Self motivated and sufficient with excellent time management and multitasking skills

* Meticulous attention to detail is a must

* Ability to adapt to dynamic situations

* Able to respond quickly and effectively to any scenario
