The Opportunity
This is a direct hire role at a prominent Boston based Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)
The REIT is looking for a Property Accountant that can join the Accounting team right away
Responsibilities
Assists in preparing annual property budgets for the upcoming year as well as year-end audits
Reviews G/L monthly to verify accuracy of transaction postings
Preparing journal entries, financial statements, and balance sheet reconciliations
Participates in monthly meetings to review cash flow projections and financial statements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business
4+ years of work experience in a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills

The pay for Property Accountant is up to $80,000 per year + bonus
