Job Summary

This position will support the Vistra Retail Financial Planning and Analysis team with a focus on the following:

Driving financial projections, analysis of actual results, and internal / external reporting packages

Coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders including Retail Sales and Operations, Accounting, Risk, and Wholesale Supply teams analysis. Job Description

Key Accountabilities Lead Retail financial performance analysis across multiple lines of business and regional markets throughout the country

Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and communicate results to business leaders

Structures, plans and coordinates the financial projection and internal/external reporting processes to ensure timeliness and accuracy

Hold others accountable, maintain deadlines, and ensure a well-organized process with a focus on continuous improvement

Understand interaction of financial drivers and drill into variances to Plan and prior year to find meaningful business impacts

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

5+ years of progressive Finance / Accounting experience

Strong Excel and PowerPoint technical skills

Experience working with data and ability to query and analyze data in an efficient manner

Working knowledge of key financial, accounting and business metrics

Ability to interface with and resolve issues with multiple stakeholders

Key Metrics

Ensure thatbudgets and financial plans submitted by lines of business, and provide constructive feedback to businesses

Solve problems that require constructive thinking and imaginative approaches using data-driven analysis
