Job Summary

Key Accountabilities
* Lead Retail financial performance analysis across multiple lines of business and regional markets throughout the country * Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and communicate results to business leaders * Structures, plans and coordinates the financial projection and internal/external reporting processes to ensure timeliness and accuracy * Hold others accountable, maintain deadlines, and ensure a well-organized process with a focus on continuous improvement * Understand interaction of financial drivers and drill into variances to Plan and prior year to find meaningful business impacts Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics * 5+ years of progressive Finance / Accounting experience * Strong Excel and PowerPoint technical skills * Experience working with data and ability to query and analyze data in an efficient manner * Working knowledge of key financial, accounting and business metrics * Ability to interface with and resolve issues with multiple stakeholders Key Metrics * Ensure thatbudgets and financial plans submitted by lines of business, and provide constructive feedback to businesses * Solve problems that require constructive thinking and imaginative approaches using data-driven analysis Job Family
