Job Description:
Assists management with daily associated tasks of count team clerks and performs tasks associated with the count team. Perform drop and count tasks related to the slot, table games, kiosk, and non-gaming areas.
Job Focus:
Focus is on, but not limited to the following:
Assists in the creation and administering schedule for maximum efficiencies in drop/count coverage and cost control in coordination with drop/count functions
Meets and adheres to state and local regulations, i.e. Gaming Control Board, internal audit, as well as company and department policies and procedures and controls
Prepares and coordinates Cashier daily transfers, ensuring strict controls and accountability are adhered to

Drops and Counts funds as directed

Desired Qualifications: One (1) or more years' experience in soft count in a casino environment
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal forms
A professional demeanor and attire is to be maintained at all times
Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Must be able to perform in a team environment
Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of staff and leadership
An intermediate to proficient understanding of Computer systems such as: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is preferred
Proven ability to resolve guest conflicts with ease or determine if management is needed in certain guest situations
A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position
Must be 21 years of age or older
