The Marketing Technology Specialist will be responsible for providing digital campaign and marketing intelligence support to further CNA's business objectives.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:
Serve as campaign operations support specialist and SME for the CNA organization with a focus on campaign planning, execution and analysis in support of CNA's corporate and business unit objectives.
Directly manage and execute marketing programs including, but not limited to, monthly email newsletters, event communications and individual/opportunity-centric email distributions.
Review campaigns created by colleagues/fellow Marketo users to ensure consistency in assets and accuracy in execution.
Compile and build high level executive communications with the support and oversight from Marketing Technology Director.
Gain and maintain understanding of integrations between CNA's marketing automation tool (Marketo), CRM platform (Salesforce), websites (www.cna.com, www.cnacanada.ca, etc.) and data shared across platforms
Provide metrics and data analysis from marketing automation platform and other web analytics and qualitative feedback tools, and assist with building reports circulated to business units.
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment, paired with great attention to detail.
Partner with manager on championing marketing automation best practices across the organization including the importance of data integrity, accessibility and measurability.
Collaborate with manager on internal training efforts to ensure fellow Marketo users are properly informed and equipped to use Marketo effectively and in-line with industry/CNA best-practices.
Participate in industry professional development opportunities to expand skillset/gain relevant certifications, and ensure CNA's campaigns adhere to all required guidelines and are leveraging the latest tools/technologies applicable to CNA's platform and business goals.
May perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Interested candidates should possess:
Basic understanding of marketing automation tools (preferably Marketo) and B2B marketing automation techniques covering email, live event, webinar, trade show, and engagement programs, smart lists/filter logic, contact management, landing pages, etc.
Interest in email creation, marketing automation, digital marketing and/or digital experience
Working knowledge of GA4 (Google Analytics 4) specific to site traffic/event measurements, metric definitions and campaign reporting
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (including strong Microsoft Excel skills) and the ability to learn and utilize other business related software systems
Strong organizational skills including ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple projects and project teams
Strong analytic abilities and problem solving skills
Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and business issues in a clear and concise manner
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Deeply curious
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, digital marketing, journalism or related field/discipline.
3-5 years marketing experience preferred.
