HH Global Senior Merchandising Strategy Manager Bellevue , Washington Apply Now Purpose of the JobThe Senior National Retail Merchandising Manager will by hybrid onsite out of Bellevue, WA and support the National Retail business group for our client by providing senior-level merchandising support. This includes visual merchandising strategy and planning, the development of principles and standards, communicating guideline/planogram direction, production oversight for distribution/warehousing, supplier management, and budget and overall project tracking. This person will serve as the POC with the National Retailers, international stakeholders on the Marketing, Creative and National Sales teams, as well as with external suppliers such as printers and fixture designers. Our ideal candidate is an independent, self-starter with strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills who is adept at leading a high-profile program.This will be a hybrid position based in Bellevue, Washington. This role will be required to be on-site 2-3 days per week, with the ability to work from home the remaining days.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for the merchandising business with both internal and external stakeholders.Manage and track day-to-day work, in addition to delivering leadership level status reporting and the Plan of Record.Develop merchandising principles and strategy per National Retailer that will enable a customer centric experience for in-store shopping.Develop and manage the yearly Seasonal Calendar that drives the campaign cadence.Oversee campaign tracking to hit milestones and u tilize Workfront for job tracking in partnership with other internal stakeholders.Develop, execute, and manage store and fixture visually appealing planograms that support the goals of each National Retailer from a merchandising, messaging, traffic flow, customer experience and zone/space planning perspective.Deliver field facing Guidelines to each National Retailer for use during changeout.Manage distribution and production for all Retail POP collateral and displays, including giving direction on quantities, shipping strategy and methods to ensure effective execution.Manage external supplier relationships including tracking projects and ensuring deliverables are met.Serve as the POC with Fixture/Display suppliers and evaluate their ability to deliver on time and on budget.At the direction/oversight of the Senior Manager, track budgets, including invoicing, forecasting, and reporting.Knowledge, Skills + Experience5+ years of experience in retail merchandising .Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.Industry experience in telecommunications , wireless, and/or national retailers preferred.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Experience with WorkFront and InDesign preferred.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without needing current or future employer sponsorship.The US base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $125,000 annually . Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, education, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor .The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets , benefits and/or other applicable incentive s in addition to base salary.Your application will be reviewed by a member of our Recruiting Team and we'll reach out to you directly if there's a fit for the position.
