Account Executive/Project Manager

The Project Manager/Account Executive works to ensure operational excellence, client satisfaction and marketing campaign launch success.
As a Project Manager/Account Executive you have the rare ability to combine your strong interpersonal skills with operational excellence and act as day-to-day point of contact for internal/external team members and stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to help manage various direct mail and email marketing projects from initial concept through execution & measurement. You’ll also act as digital media support. Excellent customer service skills are a must. The individual must be highly organized, be a master at multi-tasking, and possess strong communication skills. This job is headquarter in beautiful downtown Seattle; Seattle-area candidates preferred.
Responsibilities
· Manage routing process of job components through approval stages and ensures project moves efficiently among team members and meets deadlines.
· Assist in the quality assurance process for creative projects; ensure projects meet client requirements, adhere to brand guidelines, and achieve the desired creative objectives.
· Schedule meetings for internal and external stakeholders alike.
· Keep team members apprised of daily project status, knows stage each assigned project is in and anticipates the next milestone in the schedule, immediately raises flags to team members when a deadline is in jeopardy.
· Assist with media team support as needed.
· Create and maintain electronic project folders for all projects.
· Create purchase orders and communicate budgets & deadlines to external parties.
· Work with cross-functional agency team and subject matter experts to solve client challenges and prioritize appropriately
· Provide daily communications regarding project status, including updates on schedules, resources, risks and issues to core team members and client
· Manage project execution within specified time, resource and scope restrictions
· Create and negotiate job schedules and ensure that the team understands the project parameters, including specs, potential vendor limitations, schedules and responsibilities
· Ensure that all contracts, estimates, purchase orders or other important documents necessary to begin a job signed and available to the team
· Offer solutions and alternatives when problems arise
· Recognize opportunities for and initiate improvements on workflow and processes
· Act as team task manager, ensuring all critical milestones and client deliverables are met and expectations on timing are clear
· Attend client meetings on an as needed basis and periodic/regular internal agency meetings
· Participate in quarterly, semi-annual, annual meetings for planning as needed
Qualifications
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented with ability to manage many tasks simultaneously
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· BA/BS, marketing, business, or communications degree preferred
· 1+ years marketing agency experience, or similar via internships
· Direct marketing experience a plus
· Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and organizational skills
· Experience with Meta Business Suite is a plus
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented with ability to manage many tasks simultaneously
· Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications
· Proficiency in Ziflow/Workfront Proof a plus
