Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Audience Insights + Strategy:
* Use insights to refine and strengthen our product positioning in the market.
* Analyze audience behaviors and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
* Develop audience-centric marketing strategies to reach and resonate with target customers.
Product Positioning and Messaging
* Lead naming efforts for new products, ensuring brand consistency and market relevance.
* Partner with Copy team to develop UX copy strategy and conduct message testing to optimize user experience.
* Develop compelling product positioning and Reasons to Believe (RTBs) that resonate with the target audience.
* Craft clear and impactful messaging that communicates the unique value proposition of our products.
* Ensure alignment between product GTM plans and overall company channel strategy.
Creative Development:
* Create comprehensive creative briefs to guide the development of marketing assets.
* Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy.
Execution
* Develop and maintain detailed GTM documents outlining strategies, timelines, and key deliverables.
* Share GTM documents with cross-functional teams for alignment and input.
* Collaborate with product, creative, PR, O&O, and other teams to ensure a seamless GTM process.
* Provide clear and concise briefings to channel partners, ensuring alignment with overall GTM strategy.
Asset Production + Management:
* Coordinate the creation and deployment of marketing assets across various channels.
* Manage asset libraries and ensure assets are up-to-date and accessible.
* Oversee the localization of marketing materials for different markets, ensuring cultural relevance.
* Implement a rigorous quality assurance process for all marketing assets. Ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging and branding.
Post-Launch Reporting:
* Analyze post-launch performance data and generate insightful reports.
* Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on campaign outcomes.
