As a senior financial analyst on the GPS Finance team, you will be responsible for supporting our Chief Procurement Officer and managing their G&A budget. You will own and develop the end to end processes and tools necessary to create monthly reporting, execute forecasts, and deliver next generation insights and analytics to inform leadership decision making. In this role, you will make meaningful contributions to a variety of initiatives helping to reshape and reinvent the Starbucks supply chain.
As a senior financial analyst, you will…
Execute month-end reporting and close process, including presenting to senior leadership, providing commentary on budget variance, and creating closing entries
Own our forecasting process for each quarterly cycle and financial plan, working across teams and stakeholder groups to gain alignment on priorities and budget
Collaborate with director+ stakeholders to identify creative ways to meet business needs while managing budget with discipline and rigor
Support ad-hoc analysis and business case development for initiatives impacting teams across the Starbucks supply chain
We’d Love To Hear From People With
Bachelor’s degree or 4 or more years of US military experience
Performing financial analysis job functions, including budgeting, forecasting, planning and financial reporting (5+ years)
Financial modeling skills (2+ years)
Presenting financial analysis and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholder groups (3+ years)
Experience in Supply Chain or Sourcing a plus!
