Primary responsibilities for this position include scheduling processes using IBM Workload scheduler and providing support for a small collection of applications.
Core functions:
IBM Workload Scheduling
Support of other production applications
Participate in on-call rotations
Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of production issues as second level support
Required Qualifications
2+ years experience in an IT role (e.g. Operations, Production Support, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support)
1-2 years IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) scheduling experience
Working knowledge in these technologies:
OS: UNIX, Linux, vi, Unix Shell scripting, Mainframe, Windows Server
Protocols: Telnet, SFTP, TCP/IP
Tools: MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Enterprise change management software (e.g. ServiceNow)
Careful attention to detail
Customer Service focus
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge in these technologies:
ServiceNow: change management, work request, and incident
Content/Output management tool use and support (e.g. SAR (View/Deliver), XPORTER, CMOD (OnDemand))
SAP application scheduling
Code management and migration (Dimensions, Changeman on HPNS, Mainframe, Distributed)
HPNS, OpenVMS
Education
Bachelor’s or equivalent experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$19.52 - $40.90 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
