The Vice President of Strategic Accounts role is a leadership position that will help support and build new account relationships while growing and maintaining the existing account base/book of business in the property mitigation and restoration industry. The Vice President of Strategic Accounts will lead a team of account managers to develop and implement programs within the carrier focus of our business, target marketing and networking opportunities, and help lead overall team efforts on Account Management opportunities. The VP role relies on maintaining and enhancing revenues and increasing market share and helping to provide a superior level of service by working closely with Account Managers, Quality Assurance, and Operations leadership to support and assure that offices are delivering on promises and commitments made.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for performance of the Strategic Accounts Team which includes dispute resolution, problem avoidance, compliance with service level agreements, and technical business process.
Lead, manage, coach, and hold accountable the account management team and other direct reports who support our key carrier partnerships and the Paul Davis network.
Responsible for the performance of the PDRI Catastrophe and Field Services Team performance, which includes field re-inspections, office trainings, and catastrophe deployments.
Catastrophe claims support and dispatch for our direct carrier and commercial relationships.
Accountable for all direct carrier program growth and performance, with a focus on all direct programs with carriers in the top 25 based on industry rankings.
Communicate with, train, and motivate network offices to understand our direct carrier relationships and how to work together with the NEC and other franchise leadership to support these partnerships.
Assist with negotiations during MSA’s (Master Service Agreements) with property insurance accounts.
A thought leader and one of the primary contacts for technology companies and business process for all carrier programs including CoreLogic, QA Assist, MICA, XACT and other technology needed to secure and perform on carrier direct partnerships.
Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner by: Making regular sales quarterly reviews with all top 25 carrier accounts to develop relationships and follow up on opportunity areas.
Acting to close opportunities and finalize agreements/pilot programs
Meeting established sales quotas and revenue and growth goals
Work with the PDRI Business Development Team and the Account Management Team to help facilitate service opportunities and set effective business processes to support our insurance clients
Understands the services and products offered by Paul Davis
Key leader who will work with other PDRI leadership and Franchise Leadership/NEC to support our network and partnerships
Assists in marketing initiatives and communicates regularly with the VP Business Development
Analyzes and recommends programs and procedures that are in the best interest of all parties
Identifies and implements innovative processes to improve overall direct program business process and support (IA and TPA concepts)
Completes additional projects/duties as assigned

Insurance carrier experience and general knowledge of the property insurance /claims industry.

Required Education and Experience:
Personnel management and coaching experience
Sales experience with demonstrated negotiation and marketing skills
General knowledge of the Insurance industry/claims
Restoration industry experience a plus
Obtains necessary industry trade certifications
Bachelor’s Degree (4-year degree or equivalent experience)

The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer.
Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone
Occasionally may need to ascends and descends a ladder to perform re-inspections
Occasionally will lift up to 25lbs
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
Work Environment:
The employee will be working remotely in their home office or corporate office and will be exposed to normal conditions of air conditioning and heat. Most work will be conduct over email, video conferencing, and telephone. The successful person must be productive with minimal supervision.
Travel:
This position may require up to 30% travel. This position may require travel to vendor sites, business locations, trainings, and team meetings.
