Platform Product Manager
Contract: Jul 2024 - Jun 2025

PR: 70-75/hr
Responsibilities
Build and optimize operational workflows used by Trust and & Safety investigators
Building alignment across product teams, cross functional partners (Global Operations, Payments, FP&A, Community Support, etc.) and
Leadership/Executive
teams.
Communicating day to day as well as long term updates to senior management
Come up with recommendations for build vs buy decisions, technology innovations, and trends in the industry and large architectural changes in their product domain area
Maintain product and operational backlog. Own prioritization process for solutions
Requirements
5+ years of product or program or operations management experience in Trust & Safety
Fraud, risk, safety product experience preferred but not required
Exceptional deep dive, problem solving, collaboration, partnership and influencing skills with the ability to work in a global environment across multiple locations and time zones to drive consensus across teams
Outstanding written and verbal communication ability to a diverse stakeholder audience, including a global team of C-level executives, product, and technical stakeholders
More than comfortable in an ambiguous matrixed organization
Strategic platform and systematic thinker who can balance big picture strategy with detailed, flawless execution and impact delivery
Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
Innate capability to, directly and indirectly, lead teams through success
