About the Role
The Company is seeking a Sr Managing Partner for Strategic Sales in the Healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in leading a team of strategic sales professionals, with a focus on a select number of strategic accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and revising quarterly strategies to drive growth in revenue and sales across these accounts, aligning with the full range of product solutions offered. This includes a strong emphasis on voice, data, UCC, and IoT solutions using the company's network. The Sr Managing Partner will also ensure deep connections across the management layers of the accounts, provide leadership to meet sales revenue targets, and foster high-level customer relationships.Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, with a Bachelor's Degree being a requirement for this role. More than 10 years' of business sales experience, particularly within the recent Fortune 500 segment, is essential, along with 7-10 years' in the wireless industry and 4-7 years' of people management in a sales environment. The role demands a range of skills and abilities, including team leadership, incentive program management, sales growth, collaboration, business planning, relationship management, product knowledge, negotiation, executive level presentations, and contractual agreements. Proficiency in SalesForce.com and the MS Office Suite is required, with knowledge of the company's tools and systems being preferred. The position also involves travel.
