Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Chula Vista, CA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be involved in improving the sales workflow to maximize internal efficiency and collaboration with other departments. The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring sales team members. The role will require analytical and problem solving skills to monitor sales objectives and evaluate progress toward company goals, evaluate customer satisfaction rates and improve ratings, as well as, plan, create, and deliver sales reports to upper management.
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales management, business development, and achieving sales targets
Up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to customers
Experience prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
3-5 years of sales experience
Experience in the Veteran community or related industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
