Project Scheduler

Work with project teams to develop project baseline schedules.
Ability to work on projects varying in size and to collaborate with project teams - both field and office staff.
Capable of managing schedules for more than one project concurrently.
Work with project teams to provide regular progress updates (minimum monthly).
Assist with monthly milestone reporting / provide data for company dashboards.
Assist with schedule analysis for a variety of project types.
Assist with scheduling training / questions from multiple teams regarding the scheduling process.
Provide input / feedback on company scheduling SOPs and standards.
Have a basic level of awareness and / or willingness to learn Lean / Last Planner System. Work with project teams to identify milestones and coordinate LPS session feedback with master schedules.
Maintain quality assurance and control on assigned project schedules.
Assist with preparing proposal schedules as needed.
Provide teams with 3 to 6 week look ahead schedules exported from the master schedule.
Lead schedule update / review meetings with project teams.
Ensure baseline development takes place timely and accurately and hold teams accountable for missing / inaccurate information.
Drive and be an active participant in the Columbia Way.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 3 years construction and/or scheduling experience.
Must have a working knowledge of Oracle P6 Scheduling Software and Microsoft Project.
Comfortable working with various types of software and technology.
Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of importing and exporting information into Primavera P6 Scheduling Software using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project Software.
Ability to review and analyze schedules and changes to determine the impact on a project and make recommendations on strategies to resolve project issues.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse workgroups and individuals on a regular basis.
Planning and Scheduling Professional Certification.
