The perfect candidate will share our passion for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care.
Degrees & Licenses Required:
Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
LPCA, LMSW, LMFT-Associates with @ least 2 years of experience & in the process of pursuing licensure
LPC, LCSW & LMFTs with or without an existing caseload
Highly Desirable Certifications/Skill Sets:
Womans Mental Health Services
EMDR/Trauma
Gottman
Eating Disorders
LGBTQ
BIPOC
Veterans and First Responders
Bilingual is a plus
Responsibilities and Duties:
Evaluate mental health diagnosis (please know how to utilize the DSM-5, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy)
Maintain a minimum of caseload of at least 85 patient visits per week
Comfort & familiarity in working with a diverse client base
Actively participate in marketing and referral development activities where needed
Provide excellent customer service to patients & utilize creativity in interventions to help them achieve their goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems
Other duties as assigned
