Position Overview:
As a VP Workday HCM you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the payroll operations within the organization. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the enhancement of payroll systems and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Administer Workday HCM and Workday Payroll Systems
Use Workday to optimize and automate manual processes
Collaborate cross-functionally on technology matters including reporting. troubleshooting and systems integrations
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries, discrepancies, and issues.
Work on ad-hoc Business System improvement projects
Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Payroll and Workday HCM, providing training and support to end-users as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Payroll or Workday HCM.
Proven experience managing business systems.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
